Terms of Use

Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VirtualRun mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By using VirtualRun, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Apple End User License Agreement

VirtualRun is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall prevail.

Subscription Terms

Subscription Plan

VirtualRun offers a monthly subscription service that provides access to premium features:

• Price: $4.99 USD per month
• Billing Cycle: Monthly, with automatic renewal
• Payment: All payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

Managing and Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal through your Apple ID account settings:

1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select VirtualRun and choose "Cancel Subscription"

Refund Policy

All subscription purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple, as we (the developer) do not have the ability to process refunds. To request a refund:

1. Visit Apple's Report a Problem page: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Find your VirtualRun subscription purchase and request a refund

Free Trial (if applicable)

If we offer a free trial period, you will be notified of the trial duration before subscribing. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Changes to Subscription Pricing

We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing at any time. If we increase the price of your subscription, you will be notified in advance through the App or via email. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.

Service Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App or subscription service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VirtualRun and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you through the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
